Today is a picture of my nearly home made pizza for tea, won some vouchers from jus-rol a while ago and saw a pizza kit in the supermarket during the week, sauce was nice, base left a bit to be desired, but the over all result was very yummy.

I had some gammon left from a joint during the week, and a small piece of cheese left so this seemed like a good way to use them up. Oh chopped up an onion and we threw it all on.Tea in our house at the weekends is not strenuous as I cant be bothered after work and dont have children to cater for.
