Project 366 269/366

Got invited to a new season menu launch at La Tasca in Glasgow tonight, and very nice it was too.

This was the Paella pan that the cookery demonstration was done in. More photos and a blog post to follow at some time soon.



Had to laugh though you could tell all the food bloggers, we were the ones photographing the food  before eating it.

    Went to the opening of La Tasca in Edinburgh a good few years ago (before children) and got incredibly tipsy on all the free booze before telling the manager (a posh and distinguished bloke) that he looked like Hugh Grant's grandad!

    1. oh dear Donna, yes the alcohol was freely flowing but I am tee total so had diet cokes.

  2. I was so disappointed I didn't get to taste it, have some good photos though ;-)

    1. I was not brave enough to eat the squid and dont like prawns and things, so picked them out and ate the rest, it was very nice.
