Jordans Cereals

I was sent some samples of Jordan Cereals a few weeks back to try out and see what we thought of them.

I was sent
If you're crazy for nuts, then Jordans Super Nutty Granola might just be the one for you. We take whole oats, roll them in honey, bake them and then shower them with a combination of sliced Brazil nuts, deliciously roasted chopped hazelnuts, and flaked and chopped almonds. A cereal that lowers your cholesterol* and will send any nut fan extra nutty.

These are great with coconut milk either for breakfast or a snack during the day. It stays crispy right to the bottom of the bowl, even if you get distracted and forget you have put it put. It is nicely sweet, and I add my usual berries to it. Sadly I ate them all as they were too good to use in baking.

Fifis favourite one is The Honey and nut crisp, she loved the combination of flavours and says it stayed crunchy for her as well, I am not a honey lover as it upsets my stomach so I have to take her word for it.

Jordans Country Crisp Honey And Nut: our classic, crunchily delicious, golden baked clusters, drizzled with honey, and a generous handful of chopped almonds and sliced Brazil nuts. It's a combination that'll make you weak at the knees, let alone the fact a bowlful will stay crunchy till the very last bite.

We used these a few weeks back to make chocolate crispy cakes with and you can read the recipe here.

Lastly we were send a bag of  Crunch Oat Granola Raisin and Almond.

As simply delicious as it sounds, Jordans Crunchy Oat Granola with Raisins and Almonds is wholegrain oats, rolled in honey, baked to give a deliciously crunchy base, then blended with plump raisins and delicious almonds. Easy as that.

Sadly as these also contain honey I cant eat them without suffering for 72 hrs.

Why not pop over  to Jordans website and have a look see what else they make?

I was asked if I wanted these sending out originally as part of a blogger challenge they were doing, but the deadline was too tight as I was going on holiday, but you can see what the other bloggers came up with here

Disclaimer - I was sent the cereals to review but my findings are honest.
