Ingredients for the cakes
4 oz dairy/soya free margarine ( we used vitalite)
3 oz sugar
1 mashed banana ( as egg replacer)
4 oz rice milk
4 oz gluten free flour
1 oz cocoa powder
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- stir in the mashed banana
- and the milk
- mix together the flour and cocoa and then add to the bowl and stir till combined
- spoon into cake cases
- cook for approx 12 mins until done.

Custard
10 fl oz rice milk
1 tablespoon custard powder
1 dessertspoon cocoa powder
1 dessert spoon sugar
Make as per instructions on the custard tin, mix the cocoa in with the powder.
Serve and enjoy.
