I make my own yoghurt, begrudge the money to buy it, well it costs nearly £2 to buy four yoghurts, I can make twelve for change out of £1.50.
Made a batch yesterday with a fresh spoonful of bought natural yoghurt, and this morning it was thick enough to slice, can even see the marking of the knife I used to cut it with.
and to prove it is yoghurt here it is in the slow cooker with a spoon stood up in it.
my word that is seriously thick yoghurt!
