Festive Friday – Festive Families Photography Competition

The challenege for this is

What is the Back to Basics Family Fun Photography Competition?

I want you to write a blog post featuring a photograph of your family getting off the sofa, away from the screens and venturing out and about to enjoy the festive season with family and friends. We’re looking for fun and original outdoor ideas and activities which will inspire and encourage all our readers to get outside.

Well what better topic for enjoying the festive season than  a trip to see Santa? Every year my daughters take the grandchildrem up to meet Santa and ride on the Santa Express at The Museum of Lead Mining at Wanlockhead..

It is the highest village in Scotland and usually has plenty of snow for them to play in, this year alas it was only frosty...only I say,  but children don't seem to feel the cold.

So The one of the children playing on the roundabout is the picture I am putting into this competition.
