Project 366 #97

I have been having problem with my feet for a while, I have a trapped nerve between toes two and three on my right foot due to two of my toes that were joined at birth separating, goodness knows why the should have decided too but anyway I am finding the same thing is happening on my left foot as well.

I was also diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot about ten days ago. This is causing me pain on walking, making my job impossible. I am also finding that the trapped nerves in my left foot is causing numbness and what I can only describe as toothache of the bottom half of my leg.

So as I need to be able to walk to work, and this condition can take up to a year to clear up, and even of it appears to have calmed down can flair back up, so I decided to help myself and I have had an urge for one of these for a long time, and decided now was the time to treat myself as I had seen a site selling them at half price  ( though they have gone back up today).

So my annual treat to myself for this year is;

and it is quite strange a sensation.

  1. I totally sympathise. I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis last September and have had to wear an arch support every day since.
    I would never have believed heel pain could be so bad if anyone had tried to tell me before I got this.
    I hobble round like an 90 year old woman some days.
    I hope your treat, works a treat! :) xx
