I answered a plea from a mother who was having issues with her toddler daughter, and I could relate to everything she quoted was happening.
So we sent back and force a few e-mails to each other and I advised her as best I could on the night terrors her daughter was having as my son had had them when he was young, and it certainly was a frightening time for me though as is the way with night terrors not so much for him.
The result of those e-mails was an article written by Elizabeth and published over at ivillage. The article pulls quotes from my experiences and advise from a sleep therapist.
Reassuring to know so much of what I was doing was right all those years ago.
So if you have a child with night terrors or your child is screaming out, eyes wide open but are still asleep, then come and read this brilliant article.
Come over to ivillage and have a read
Lovely to find your blog, the header picture is fantastic! And thank you again x
