I did a baking on Friday evening. A quick,simple recipe.
5 oz flora cuisine
5 oz coconut sugar
3 eggs
9oz gluten free self raising flour
1 oz cocoa powder
(to add 12/24 munchies)
mix all ingredients together. Half fill a dozen cake cases, add a munchie or two to each cake case and then cover with other half of the mixture. Cook for approx 12 mins.
To keep these gluten free use aero balls, or revels, or similar.

I always am on the lookout for GF recipes, as a few of our friends are on GF diet. Love the idea of a secret surprise inside.
ReplyDeleteto be honest with you and thinking about it now in the cool light of day, these would not quite be gluten free as the biscuit in the munchie probably contains a small amount. ooppsss! if you intolerant would not be enough to cause a problem, if allergic would be enough to do serious damage.
