1lb turkey mince
1 red onion finely chopped
1 small leek finely sliced
1 jar Korma sauce
1 pack of pastry, will work with either shortcrust or flaky
Method
- fry mince and onions off until browned.
- add leeks and korma sauce and cook for 15 mins
- leave to cool,once cooled
- roll out pastry and spread turkey mix across the top
- roll up as you would a swiss roll
- and cut into slices approx 1 inch thick
- place on well oiled baking tray and cook for approx 18 mins at 200 oC
roll up and slice |
If you made red/white/blue pastry would be ideal for the jubilee

served cold |
