Baking with the grandchildren.

Thursday morning arrived wet and miserable and as the children go back to school on Monday then it is the last morning I will have chance to hold onto them I decided we would do a baking.

Bob and I decided to make him raspberry muffins. I adapted the recipe that I used earlier in the week here,   Bob cannot take eggs or gluten, so we changed them to egg replacer and gluten free flour

Next off I set Fifi to work with a  recipe book and pretty much left her to get on with it.  She decided to put blueberries in hers. She followed the same recipe but changed the coconut sugar, as we had run out of it,  we used  frucisana instead so that granddad could eat some as well.
