I spotted a tweet the other day, and it was nicely timed. I was making gammon and veg in the slow cooker with herbs and garlic salt, so I have to join in with this months linky that Karen over on Lavender and Lovage is running, called ironically enough Cooking with herbs. So I diced carrots
and added some boiling water
Put the lid on and leave for eight hours. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Nice flavoursome nutritional meal that really you cannot go wrong with.
